Number One: I understand and accept the reality that World Peace begins with me….

Number Two: I make every effort to not allow thoughts of harmfulness or unkindness find space in my mental body. I will nurture loving thoughts of peace, kindness, and harmlessness….

Number Three: I make every effort to not allow feelings of harmfulness or unkindness find space in my emotional body. I will nurture loving feelings of peace, kindness, and harmlessness….

Number Four: I make every effort to not allow actions of harmfulness or unkindness find space in my behavior. I will nurture loving acts of peace, kindness, and harmlessness…..

Number Five: I understand and accept the reality that I am essentially a Spiritual Being, and as such , I am Spiritually connected to all other beings….

Number Six: I understand and accept the reality that this spiritual connection transcends gender, race, ethnicity, religion, lifestyle, or any other of the diverse characteristics of beings and that the roots of conflict are the result of separation from this reality….

Number Seven: I understand and accept that the beings with whom I have regular contact represent my immediate sphere of influence….

Number Eight: I understand and accept the reality that my efforts towards the nurturing of: loving thoughts of peace, kindness, and harmlessness; loving feelings of peace, kindness, and harmlessness; and, loving acts peace, kindness, and harmlessness will increase the love, peace, kindness, and harmlessness within my immediate sphere of influence….

Number Nine: I understand and accept the reality that each of the beings with whom I have regular contact with, have regular contact with their own immediate spheres of influence. And that it is through this web of interconnectedness that my efforts towards the nurturing of: loving thoughts of peace, kindness, and harmlessness; loving feelings of peace, kindness, and harmlessness; and, loving acts of peace, kindness, and harmlessness within my immediate sphere of influence, will increase the loving thoughts, feelings, and acts of peace, kindness, and harmlessness in all beings, in all spheres….

Number Ten: I understand and accept the reality that when I acknowledge the blessings of: every loving thought of peace, kindness, and harmlessness; every loving feeling of peace, kindness, and harmlessness; and, every loving act of peace, kindness, and harmlessness that I experience from any being, anywhere, it will increase the blessings of: loving thoughts of peace, kindness, and harmlessness; loving feelings of peace, kindness, and harmlessness; and, loving acts of peace, kindness, and harmlessness to every being everywhere….
