It is difficult to articulate the effects of war.  If nothing else, one should learn that war is useless in resolving human conflict.  If nothing else, one should learn from war that only its opposite, LOVE, can resolve conflict and promote peace.  One by one we practice the Beings For Peace Creed, until, as Gandhi stated:  “….the more infectious it becomes till it overwhelms your surroundings and by and by might over sweep the world.”
